Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for popular dates in spring and fall. However, don’t hesitate to reach out—if we’re available, we’ll make it work!

Question 2: How do we officially book you?

Once we confirm availability and sort out details, we’ll send you a simple contract and invoice for a 50% retainer. Your date is officially reserved once both are completed.

Question 3: Do you travel for weddings?

Absolutely. We’re based in Provo, Utah but happy to travel anywhere. Travel and accommodation fees may apply depending on location.

Question 4: What’s included in your base photo and video packages?

All base packages include 8 hours of coverage, professional posing, full editing, and digital delivery of your gallery or film. Drone coverage is included in video packages when venue and weather allow.

Question 5: Can we book just photo or just video?

Yes! You can book either service separately or bundle both for a cohesive style and smoother coverage experience... and a discount ;)

Question 6: How many images will we receive?

Every wedding is different, but you can expect 400–800 fully edited images depending on your timeline and events.

Question 7: Can we customize a package?

Definitely. You can add engagement sessions, first look shoots, extended hours, ceremony edits, and more. Start with our “Build Your Own Package” option or reach out for a custom quote.

Question 8: Will we get raw footage or unedited images?

We don’t deliver RAW files, but you can request a “Home Video” edit—an extended rough-cut of everything we filmed, delivered chronologically with minimal edits.

Question 10: Do you offer albums or prints?

Yes! We've partnered with world-class printers in the United States and Europe to bring you the best printing options on the market. You will gain access to printing options when your gallery is delivered. Of course, you are also welcome to download and print your own photos. :)
